Booking
Each team’s accommodation must be booked via the Organising Committee. The booking services for teams will be available from 1st April 2012 via internet under the following website:

Payment conditions:
100% of charges are due 1 month before arrival (June 17, 2012).
For short term bookings: payment due 14 days after receipt of invoice.
In case payment is not received in due time, we reserve the right to cancel the respective booking and reapply the rooms.
Cancellation policty:
32. – 21. days before arrival: 50%
20. – 01. days before arrival: 80%
At arrival day or No Show: 90%
Transport & Parking:
Shuttle transport from the International Airport Linz-Hörsching to the hotels and between the hotels and the regatta course is included in the prices and will start with the official opening of the regatta course on Sunday, 21st July 2013. The shuttle busses will take the shortest route with no stops. It will not be possible to access the venue with private/non official cars or busses.
Parking areas for private cars will be available in walking distance to the venue (approx. 5 min)
Food – Teams
All meals will be served at the accommodation (full board). On race days only (from Wednesday until Sunday) teams will have the option of having their lunches at the course at no extra charge, provided that this is requested 24 hours in advance. Spectators - lunch will be available for purchase at the venue.
