Rooms are available from 21st to 28th July 2013.
Prices per person and night:

€ 145,00 single room/breakfast
€ 110,00 double room/breakfast
Distance/driving time to venue: 15 km/30 min
Payment conditions:
100% of the charges are due 1 month before arrival (17th June 2012).
For short term bookings: payment due 14 days after receipt of invoice.
In case payment is not received in due time, we reserve the right to cancel the respective booking and reapply the rooms.
Cancellation policy:
32 – 21 days before arrival: 50%
20 – 01 days before arrival: 80%
At arrival day or No Show: 90%

Food
Breakfast will be served at the hotel. Lunch and dinner will be available for purchase at the venue. Snacks and refreshments will be provided in the media-centre.
Transport & Parking
Transport from airport and train station to the hotel
Shuttle transport from the International Airport “Linz-Hörsching” and the train station “Linz-Hauptbahnhof” to the hotel is included in the prices for accommodation and will start with the official opening of the regatta course on Sunday, 21st July 2013. The shuttle busses will take the shortest route with no stops.

Parking areas for private cars will be available in walking distance to the venue (approx. 5 min).
